Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the MyVines mobile application (the "App") operated by MyVines ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
2. Use of the App
2.1 Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2.2 Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
3. Premium Features and Subscriptions
3.1 Subscriptions
The App offers premium features through in-app subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and are subject to their terms and conditions.
3.2 Payment
Subscription fees are charged to your payment method on file. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.
3.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) through which you made the purchase.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the App, including wine collection data, photos, and notes. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyVines and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyVines and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MyVines operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
